Sparrow analyzes your cameras locally, then uses the RTVCP cloud to deliver selected alerts to your inbox.

Cloud email alerts are billed monthly and are separate from your one-time Self-Hosted or Edge purchase.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is Self-Hosted a subscription?

No. The base software license is a one-time purchase. Cloud email alerts are an optional $9.99/month subscription; maintenance and updates may be renewed separately.

Do I need to buy cameras?

Sparrow is designed to work with compatible existing IP cameras and RTSP streams. Compatibility should be verified before purchasing.

Does the Self-Hosted license include hardware?

No. You provide a system that meets the published CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and operating-system requirements.

How is the camera configuration delivered?

The planned checkout workflow uses your RTVCP Camera Stream List (.rtvcpcsl) to provision an encrypted licensed configuration after payment verification.
